Job Description:

CEVA recently decided to implement a new system for simplifying the Long-Term Capacity Calculation for all the Ceva plants. The system which will be implemented, will enable to manage the following steps :

? Breakdown of the Long-Term Demand on the different Production activities

? Evaluation of the Capacity Load vs projected available capacity by production activities

? Evaluation of the bottlenecks and What if scenarios to remove them

Mission of the Project Coordinator :

? Define & validate with the End users the User Requirement Specification (URS)

? Participate to the choice of the IT system

? Be the Corporate Key User of the application by validating the application with the local project team and the IT team

? Coordinate the implementation of the IT system first in our Budapest plant through pilot phase and then deploy it in the other Ceva Plants

? Guarantee the process & system will answer to the URS

? Coordinate all the project aspects (Process, IT activities, Local project team activities, Project Timing, ?)


? Engineer with ideally a first experience (1 - 3 y) in production or supply chain

? Good understanding of the Production activities (preferably in a Pharmaceutical environment)

? English : Good Level mandatory

? Good understanding of the Functional & Technical aspect of an IT system

? Natural Leadership skill

? Organized & structured for dealing with project management
