Where any whatsoever of the provisions of these Conditions of Use are declared null and void, such provisions shall be interpreted as to best reflect the original intention of CEVA and the remaining provisions will be considered as being applicable by right.

Non-application or absence of claim in relation to application by CEVA of any whatsoever of the provisions of these Conditions of Use or any right whatsoever may not in any event be interpreted as waiver by CEVA of such provision or such right insofar as no other agreement has been made to the contrary in writing.
